Before you retry
Keep the tab open if you have completed translations or unsaved edits. Download finished files before reloading. A failed translation can be retried without re-uploading the file; completed batches remain in this tab.
If a file will not open, check that it is UTF-8 text, no larger than 1 MB, and uses valid timestamps. Binary VobSub files and vector drawing cues need a different workflow.
